  • スタートを押したときだけ録音。録音中は LED が点灯し、室内の誰にでも分かります。
  • HIPAA 対応、BAA の締結も可能（対象事業者向け）。SOC 2 と GDPR の要件にも沿っています。
  • 端末内で AES-128 により暗号化し、同期後に削除します。
  • すべての診療記録を医師が確認して署名。ご自身が承認するまで、記録が確定することはありません。

録音と同意の判断は、常に医師の手にあります。地域の規定に従い、患者さんが録音を認識している場合にのみ開始してください。

Wi-Fi や電波がない場所では、診察の録音を端末内に安全に保存します。接続が戻るとすぐに、Bluetooth または Wi-Fi で CortexaNote アプリに同期します。

フル充電で 8 時間以上の連続録音が可能です。充電ケースがあれば、一日の外来を通して使えます。
