Frequently asked questions about Cortexa Note plans
Each processed recording session counts as one transcription, regardless of its length (up to your plan's duration limit). Limits reset at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
You will be unable to perform the action that exceeds the limit (like starting a new transcription) until your limits reset the next month or you upgrade to a plan with higher limits. You'll receive an in-app notification when you approach or hit a limit.
The Success plan is designed for high-volume users. While technically 'unlimited' for most use cases, it's subject to a system soft limit of 500 transcriptions per month to ensure fair usage. If you anticipate consistently exceeding this, please contact support to discuss your needs.
On the Starter plan, conversations older than the most recent 30 are archived. To access your full conversation history, you will need to upgrade to the Growth or Success plan, both of which offer unlimited history access.
The monthly/annual subscription price covers the Cortexa Note software service, including transcription, AI features, storage, and support according to your plan level. The Cortexa Note hardware recorder is a separate purchase. Please visit our Hardware page for pricing and details.
We encourage users to start with our generous Starter (Free) plan to experience Cortexa Note's core functionalities. Currently, we do not offer separate time-limited free trials for the Growth or Success plans.
